XUI 2.0 is a major technological upgrade from the last official release XUI 1.5.13 by GTA. This is not a minor update. This is a full platform rebuild designed for modern IPTV infrastructures, high concurrency, and long term stability.

At IPTVTOOLS.IO, we work with a clean XUI source code base 🧠. This is original source code, not GOTO based, not decompiled, and not reverse engineered. This allowed us to safely modernize the entire stack and deliver a true next generation streaming panel.

🔥 Why XUI 2.0 is a real next generation upgrade

XUI 2.0 moves away from legacy systems and outdated dependencies. Every component was carefully selected, compiled, and tested based on stability, performance, security, and long term support.

This platform targets professional IPTV operators who need predictable performance, GPU accelerated processing, and enterprise grade security.

XUI 2.0 officially supports:

We intentionally started with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS because it provides official security and maintenance updates until 2029. This gives you a stable and secure foundation for long term production environments.

Older Ubuntu versions such as 20.04 or 22.10 are not supported. There is a clear reason. XUI 1.5.13 already works extremely well on legacy systems. Building a new generation panel on an outdated operating system makes no technical sense and would limit future development.

🐘 PHP 8.3.14 XUI Edition

XUI 2.0 runs on PHP 8.3.14 NTS with Zend Engine 4.3.14. The platform includes ionCube Loader 15, fully active for source code protection.

The configuration is designed for heavy IPTV workloads:

• Memory Limit: 512M
• Max Execution Time: 300 seconds
• Upload Max File Size: 100M
• POST Max Size: 100M

This setup allows large file uploads, long running processes, and complex background tasks without instability.

🌐 Nginx 1.29.0 with HTTP/2 and HTTP/3

XUI 2.0 uses Nginx 1.29.0, compiled with GCC 13.3.0 and OpenSSL 3.5.1.

Enabled features include:

• Real IP detection for CDN usage
• MP4 and FLV streaming
• Async I/O and thread support

This results in faster connections, lower latency, and improved streaming reliability under high load.

Nginx RTMP 1.29.0

RTMP support is compiled and validated for stable live ingest. This ensures smooth live streaming without frame drops or connection issues.

XUI 2.0 includes a professional FFmpeg 8.0 build, statically compiled and optimized for production environments.

This enables country, city, ISP, and CIDR based restrictions with accurate real IP detection, even behind CDN services.

XUI 2.0 includes KeyDB, a Redis compatible fork, password protected and capable of handling hundreds of thousands of clients.

🎨 User Interface and Design Philosophy

XUI 2.0 intentionally preserves the classic XUI user interface and visual identity that made this project widely recognized and trusted over the years.

We made this decision consciously. XUI is not just a backend. XUI is also its interface. A complete UI redesign would transform it into a different product, not XUI.

The interface remains familiar, clean, and functional. We applied targeted visual refinements, adjusted specific colors, and updated several graphical elements where it was technically necessary. These changes are subtle and non aggressive. The goal was clarity, not disruption.

By keeping the same UI structure, existing users can migrate to XUI 2.0 without a learning curve. Workflows stay the same. Navigation stays intuitive. Productivity stays high.

This approach respects the XUI legacy while ensuring compatibility with modern browsers, resolutions, and backend performance improvements.
